November Quarterly Council Meeting

TCDD will hold its quarterly Council and Committee meetings from 
Wednesday, Nov. 1, to Friday, Nov. 3.
Council members will meet both in person and virtually using Zoom.

Can I attend the meetings in person?

Yes, the Council welcomes members of the public to attend meetings in person. The meetings will take place at: Hilton Post Oak by the Galleria 2001 Post Oak Boulevard Houston, TX 77056

Can I attend the meetings virtually?

Yes, you can attend each meeting on Zoom. For each meeting you’d like to attend, please register ahead of time using the following steps.
  1. Register for the meeting You can register by using the appropriate registration link in the meeting schedule. Please register by 5 p.m. Central time (CT) the day before the meeting. If you want to participate in more than one meeting, then you must register separately for each meeting. In the schedule, you can also find links to meeting agendas.
  2. Check your email After you register, you will receive an email confirmation within one business day.
  3. Join the meeting Use the link from your email confirmation to join the meeting using Zoom. Please join about 5-10 minutes before the meeting begins.

Can I share public comment?

Yes. If you attend in person, you will have an opportunity to provide comments to Council members at the beginning of the meeting. If you attend virtually and want to provide comments, please register first using the previously provided instructions. Then, fill out and submit a public comment form by 5 p.m. CT the day before the meeting.

Accommodations

TCDD will provide Communication Access Real-time Translation (CART) service during the meetings. If you need additional accommodations, please email Koren Vogel at least five days before the meeting.
