Council Meetings

TCDD will hold its next quarterly Council and Committee meetings from Wednesday, May 6, to Friday, May 8.

Providing Public Comment

You may provide public comment in person at the beginning of each meeting. If you cannot attend in person, you can still share comments in one of two ways:

Speak by Zoom at the beginning of the Friday meeting; or
Submit written comments that will be read to Council members at the beginning of the Friday meeting.

To speak by Zoom or submit written comments, please complete the information in the Zoom meeting registration no later than 5 p.m. CT on Thursday, May 7.

Requesting Accommodations

If you need accommodations to attend, email TCDD Council Business Director Koren Vogel or call her at 512-948-2035 at least seven days prior to the meeting.

TCDD holds Council meetings on a quarterly basis. Meetings are open to the public and are announced both on this webpage and in the Texas Register. During these meetings, Council members engage in discussions and make decisions related to TCDD’s policies, projects, and funding activities. Council members also review ongoing TCDD initiatives, address governance matters, receive public comment, and engage with presenters and guest speakers on current disability issues.
