About Rosa
As Regional Coordinator for South Texas, Rosa Guel collaborates with local organizations, participates in community events, and connects with people with disabilities and their families. She also raises awareness about the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities (TCDD) and shares opportunities for people to get involved in TCDD projects. Rosa was a program coordinator with the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service (AgriLife) prior to joining TCDD. She has a bachelor’s degree in social work from The University of Texas at Austin, and a master’s degree in adult education and instruction from the University of Phoenix. Rosa is based in the AgriLife campus in Weslaco.
