House Bill 2310 would require the development of a four-year strategic plan to improve access to child care and early childhood education for children with disabilities. The bill was authored by Rep. Claudia Ordaz.
House Bill 3834 strengthens support for the reentry and reintegration of offenders with intellectual disabilities. The bill was authored by Rep. Joe Moody.
SB 769 would require the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to issue a report on the enrollment and success of students with disabilities in higher education. It was authored by Sen. José Menéndez.
HB 1936 would strengthen the enforcement of accessible parking violations. It was authored by Rep. David Cook.
