HB 1781 would establish accountability guidelines for specialized support campuses with consultation from educators, parents, and other stakeholders. The bill was authored by Rep. Gina Hinojosa.
HB 109 would require health plans to approve claims for hearing aids that cost more than the allowable benefit if patients pay for the cost difference. The bill was authored by Rep. Julie Johnson.
