HB 5146 would establish the Building Better Futures Program for students with DD. The bill was authored by Rep. John Raney.
In honor of Disability Book Week, TCDD is highlighting the work of our literacy skills grant projects and the ways they impact the lives of Texans with developmental disabilities.
