Gov. Rick Perry appointed Stephen Gersuk of Plano to the Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities for a term to expire Feb. 1, 2013. Gersuk fills a vacant position formerly held by Brenda Coleman-Beattie of Austin who resigned from the Council in the fall of 2011.
