Senate Bill 66 would require a study on authorizing supported decision-making agreements to include assistance in legal proceedings. The bill was authored by Sen. Judith Zaffirini.
Senate Bill 1952 would designate the Health and Human Services Commission as the sole administrator of the School Health and Related Services (SHARS) program in Texas. It was authored by Sen. Angela Paxton.
