Project Goal
Conduct training, enhance awareness, and empower members to improve local policies that positively impact the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Project Summary
This project was intended to support five local advocacy groups in conducting training, enhancing awareness, and empowering Texoma Council of Governments members to improve local policies that positively impact the lives of people with IDD. The project was meant to identify common training needs and advocacy issues and to develop strategies to impact change in the Texoma region.
