TCDD policy staff provides testimony on several important disability issues as committee hearings and bill filings continue in the 88th Texas Legislature.

HB 381 would prohibit the death penalty from being applied to a person with an intellectual disability. The bill was authored by Rep. Senfronia Thompson.
