The full Texas House begins considering bills, including a proposal for a co-navigator services program for people who are deaf-blind and a measure to create a statewide IDD coordinating council.

SB 477 would improve accessibility for voters with disabilities and give voters with mobility-related disabilities priority access to vote at polling locations. The bill was authored by Sen. Judith Zaffirini.
