My Day, My Way projects develop innovative methods to support people with DD to participate in community life according to their preferences. Projects help people with DD find and keep the meaningful work they want and have self-directed purposeful options for community engagement when not at work.
The nonPareil Institute provided training and education to help adults who have autism develop workplace skills and confidence to achieve their personal and professional goals. The project focused on technology-related skills and included training in software development, digital design, and technical problem-solving.
