Project Goal

Provide seasoned and emerging advocates with the skills necessary to serve as leaders in advocacy organizations.

Project Summary
The statewide leadership training program of NAMI Texas sought to develop a curriculum tailored to the needs of individuals diagnosed with a mental health condition and their families. It proposed to provide leadership skills training, allowing individuals to effectively secure leadership positions and successfully serve on boards and committees.
