School to Work Transition Project
Implement a student-centered transition process from school to integrated community employment.
This project was proposed to implement a student-centered transition process that would address all domains of a student’s life by identifying strengths, interests, and accommodations needed for a successful transition to integrated community employment. Training on transition, supported employment, and best practices were expected to enhance job development efforts. Marketing materials were to be developed and disseminated to enhance community awareness, natural supports, and employment opportunities.
